Rice flour 1 cup
Moong dal 1/4th cup , soaked in water before 1 hour (pesara pappu)
Salt , enough for the dough
Butter 1 spoon
Water ,enough to make dough
Oil for deep frying
Mix butter , salt n soaked moong dal in rice flour well
Heat the water till boiling…now pour the enough boiling water in the dough n mix it ell n kneed the dough…the dough should not be hard or shold not be sticky.
On a plain surface or on a plate..make small balls of the dough n roll it like string with fingers and joint the ends of the string to make rings..
Heat oil for deep frying ..when the oil is hot enough fry the rings to nice color n remove them from oil.
