Aratikaya thokka pachadi / Chetni with plantain skin

This Aratikaya thokka pachadi is very tasty ,easy and one of my favorite chetni..My mom used to make this frequently...when ever she make plantain curry...with its skin she makes chetni...so at a time..with one vegetable we r making two dishes...
ingredients:-
The peeled skin of plantain (when we boil the plantains for iguru or pulusu..we usually will remove the skin throw away..but that cooked skin is the tasty and main ingredient of this chetni..here i am having the cooked skin of four plantains)groundnuts 1/2 cup tomato 1 green chilies 5

Talimpu /Tadka/Seasoning:- oil 2 tspns cumin seeds 1/4 tspns chanadal 1/2 tspns urad dal 1/2 tspns redchillies 2 curry leaves. preparation:- For this chetni first sauté the green chillies and groundnuts with two tspns oil in the frying pan..when they r done remove them and add chopped tomato and sauté it in oil for 3 minutes..so that the tomato becomes soft...let it cool..now grind this sauted groundnuts, green chillies,tomato,tamarind,cumin seeds,turmeric powder and salt into to paste..if it is too hard to grind add little water and make them to paste..when it is done..now add boiled plantain skin grind it to paste..chetni is done.. if we add tadka /talimpu to it..it tastes even better ...for that.. heat the frying pan with two tspns of oil..when the oil is hot enough mustard seeds,chanadal,uraddal,redchillies..sauté till the mustard pops..now sprinkle little hing powder for nice flavor..now the tadka is almost done..add curry leaves..sauté it for few seconds and off flame.. now pour this tadka along with the oil on the top of the chetni...now the chetni is done.. while serving..mix it up to down once and serve... cooking tip:- while cooking the plantain curry..instead of adding all the plantain pieces..if we keep one piece for the chetni....and while grinding if we add the piece..it tastes good...
