Egg-Sweet-Uthappam
Ingridients:-
- Cashews 10 to 15
- Tutti frutti chips 3 spoons
- All purpose floour (maida ) : 5spoons
- Sugar :4 spoons
- Ghee (clarified butter , nayee) :5 to 6 spoons
- Eggs : 2 ,beat the eggs well in a bowl
Procedure:-
- Fry the cashews to slightly brown color in a spoon of ghee .
- Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl n keep aside.
- In a bowl add 2 spoons of tutti frutti chips ,few cashews ,all purpose flour, sugar , Ghee ,beated eggs n mix them very well for a minute.
- Now Heat pan on stove…when the pan is hot enough..add 2 spoons of Ghee on the pan n pour this mixture on the pan n spread it slightly with the spoon.
- Sprinkle the remaining cashews and frutti chips on the uthappam ..now cover the uthappam with some lid or plate…
- Make this uthappam in low aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasflame ..donot flip this uthappam to the other side…let this be done on only one side in alow flame till its cooked.
