Egg Fried spaghetti

This egg fried spaghetti is my experiment in kitchen, and i succeededits tasty..

Usually this spaghetti is cooked openly..but this i tried cooking it in cooker..its good..jus finished cooking very quickly

INGREDIENTS:-

SPAGHETTI

OIL 4 TO 5 TSPNS

CAPSICUM

GREEN ONIONS

EGGS 4

PASTA SAUCE

RED CHILLI SAUCE

TOMATO KETCHUP

SOYA SAUCE

SALT TO TASTE

PROCEDURE:-

  • Pressure cook the spaghetti adding a spoon of salt and water level in the cooker should come till half of the cooker.. cook till just one whistle..remove the hot water and wash with running cold water and drain them to remove water
  • chop the capsicum ,length wise (i used both red and green capsicum /bell pepper), chop the spring/green onions to tiny pieces,
  • Heat oil in kadai / pan (better if it is jambo pan)..when the oil is hot enough add the chopped vegges and saute for 2 minutes..Now break the eggs in the kadaisaut for 5 more minutes..stir the mixture continuously to break the egg mixture into small pieces
  • Now add cooked spaghetti ,enough slat,1 to 2 tspns of pasta sauce, enough red pepper sauce,2 to 3 tspns of tomato ketchup and saute it for 10 minutes..stir it occasionally to avoid sticking the spaghetti to baseand also by stirring and mixing the spaghetti well, it will very well absorbs the spices of sauces and also the egg flavor.
  • Now sprinkle few drops of soya saucemix it well ..and off the flame..
  • ** If you are not too health conscious beat one more egg at the end..mix it well and let it cook for another 5 to 7 minutes..it tastes awesomethe noodles will coated with egg

NOTE:-

Add the ingredients like sauces,vegees and all based on the quantity of spaghetti

Spaghetti become four to five times double in quantity after cooking

I just added the sauces wt i had in my kitchen.its nt compulsoryinstead of adding red chilli i jus added red chilli sauce..instead of tomatoes i added tomato ketchupadd as ur wish..

even the soya saucei don't find any difference even if we don't add this

Chop the onions very finely..add little salt, pinch of red chilli powder and few drops lemon juice..mix it well..and keep this aside of spaghetticombination of this is good

One plate of spaghetti with onions and a cup of curd made our full dinner..it tasty.
