Chinese noodles


serves : 4 persons || cooking time: 20-30 mints


Chinese noodles

Onion 1,medium size , chopped vertically

Green chilies  2 or 3 (based on the spiciness of chilies)

Oil 2tspns

garlic cloves 2 , minced finely

Ginger , small piece , minced finely

Eggs 2

Carrot 1 , chopped

Capsicum 1, chopped

Cabbage  1 cup chopped

French beans 1/2 cup chopped

Brussel sprouts  4 , cut length wise

Salt to taste

soy sauce 1 tspn

red chilli sauce 1 spoon

sesame seed oil 3 drops


Boil water in a vessel ..when the water is boiling add the noodles n let it cook for 5 minutes till it becomes soft..but not too soft or drain away the water n wash it with cold water.

Add 2 to 3 drops of sesame seed  oil  in the boiled noodles n mix it , so that they won't be sticky.

Heat wide bottomed skillet or kadai n add oil n let it heat

When the oil is hot enough add all the vegetables one by one n let it cook on high flame n stirring it continuously for 5 minutes.

When the vegetables are cooked , scramble the egg init n stir continuously till the eggs get cooked n scrambled well.

Now add the noodles n mix it well. add enough salt , soy sauce  and red chilli sauce and mix it well for 5 minutes..let it sim for 4 to 5 more minutes n off the flame.
